Fund Collection
* The founder member trustee of the trust will contribute for Rs. 2000/- each for building of fund.
* These trustees will inspire Jangid Samaj candidates of Rajasthan or from other states to raise the funds by contributing
Rs. 2000/- in the trust, so that the fund of trust can be raised upto Rs. 40 lacs atleast.
* Once deposited amount for aid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Rules for use of fund
1. Reserved fund will be kept in public sector banks and Govt. institutions.
2. Income from interest of reserved funds can be utilized as following:
(a) 25% will be re-invested.
(b) 50% will be utilized for temple and community buildings maintenance and renovation works etc.
(c) 20%(19+1) will be utilized for education loan and buildings of samaj for economic strengthening.
(d)5% will be utilized for widows, poor old men, handicapped and mental retarded persons of Jangid Samaj.
3. In case of deficiency of applicants the remaining amount will be re-invested and the amount of one head can not be utilized for another head.
4. Loan owner will not be able to reapply for another loan for next three years.
5. None of the members of committee will be entitled for any payment or salary, it is voluntary service.
6. Temples/ buildings in which there is no managing committee the president of the trust can nominate four members for proper maintenance and renovation work of the same.
Formation of Managing Committee for fund
* The trustee will be given seniority in order to the date of depositing the amount for becoming trustee. The candidate who
contributes less than Rs.2000/- will be accepted for fund but will not be entitled for "Trustee" of Trust. The trustee may
contribute more than Rs.2000/-, but he will not be given any special honour for that.
* If any one who want to give Rs. 2000/- in more than one installment (not more than 2 in six months), it will be acceptable,
but his seniority number will allotted on the date on which his total contribution is Rs. 2000/- in trust fund.
* If the trustee, in case expires, becomes metal retarded, handicapped or incapable then his nominated son/daughter/adopted
son/bride of son or in case of non-nomination his eldest son/daughter will get the same seniority no. by depositing Rs. 200/-
to the trust.
* In case, there is no son/daughter of trustee or no nominated person then his seniority no. will be left blank for
forever.
Rights of Managing Committee
1. No one in managing committee will have right to utilize the funds. All the decisions will be taken by majority.
2. To depute any member to keep watch and inspection of records for proper utilization of loan/ aid provided to any member/ institute.
3. The president will be responsible for general works, controlling on staff, security and safety of documents/ records and their maintenance.
4. The President will call meeting in each quarter or at least two times in a year. In case of absence of President. Vice Presidents will look after the charge.
5. Nobody will be entitled for handing over or keep on roll the fixed / movable assets, property of the trust.
6. Mahamantri of the trust will be able to publish the activities of the trust in social magazines with the permission of president of trust.
7. For the raising the funds, the president may get accept the donation, fees, contribution, aid from any Jangid Samaj
candidate. But the candidate who gives Rs. 2000/- will be eligible for Trustee member.
8. After the formation of trust, for Income Tax rebate under Section 11, 12, 13 and 80G of trust income will be proceed.
9. Only the non serviceable material will be sold by Tender or bid process after taking the decision by the Managing
committee.
10. Mahamantri can keep the records of trust with him at home till the office of the trust is not properly established but
only with the consent of the President. The president can also give this resposibility to any other member of managing
committee. To keep the record at home will be offence of rule. Any irregularity regarding found in records will be
resposibility of the member concerned.
