Amendment in constitution
Amendment in the constitution of the trust can be made only after taking the advice of each member. For passing amendment more than 90% in favor voting is required.

Audit
Accounting period will be 1 April to 31 March.
CA will audit the accounts of the trust. Mahamantri and Finance Secretary will be responsible for taking the audit report and to present before 30 April each year.
Audited Balance sheet will be published in magazines after approval in next managing committee meeting.

Profit to whom
All the citizens will have right to worship in temples constructed by the trust or aided by the trust without any discrimination of caste, religion, color etc.
For the use of social buildings Jangid Samaj candidate will be given priority.
Other Samaj persons may be given aid but the Jangid Samaj candidate will be given priority for receiving widow/ poor old man/ handicapped help etc.

Abolishment
* The trust will be abolished under any circumstances.
* This is a continue running trust, in which proper chances and arrangement for raising the fund and all the trustees will get chance to become the member of managing committee of trust in serial manner.
* If there is any obstacle in trust working by laziness of managing committee members or any reason, then the President of Akhil Bharatiya Jangid Brahmin Mahasabha will has right to interfere in matter by making new members of managing committee for proper and smooth working of trust.

Care of Newly Constructed Buildings
The trust will have right to elect the working committee for newly constructed buildings by the aid of the trust. It will have right to add new rules and election of working committee. In each such building there will be a room reserved for the committee as Office for smooth working.

Area of Jurisdiction
For the type of disputes area of jurisdiction will be Jaipur (Raj.).
