5-6 Nov-2011: First Adarsh Samuhik Vivah Sammelan at Chomu (Jaipur), Raj.
Jangid Brahmin Samuhik Vivah Samiti Chomu has organised the first Samuhik Vivah Sammelan at Secondary Adarsh Balika Vidya Mandir, Keshav Nagar, Renwal Road, Chomu (Jaipur), Raj. on 5,6 Nov. 2011.
The registration fee for Vivah Sammelan was 11000/- from each side. Bhatai Fee was Rs. 2500/- from each side.
On 5th Nov 2011, Flag Hoisting, Lord Ganesh Sthapna, Yagya Sanskar, Kalash Shobha yatra, Bhat, Mahila Sangeet, and cultural programmes were held.
On 6th Nov 2011, flag hoisting was done by Sh. Babu Lal Sahalwal (Chomu). The programme was completed with all pre decided plan. There were 71 pairs in sammelan.
The chief guest of programme was Sh. Bhagwan Sahai Saini (MLA, Chomu). The special invited guests were Sh. Ram Lal Sharma (Ex-MLA, BJP Rural), Sh. Ashish Dusad (Chairman, NagarPalika, Chomu), Sh. Mahesh Kumar Meena (Pradhan, Panchayat Samiti, Govindgarh), Sh. Sanwar Mal Chaudhary (President, Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, Chomu.
Social sammelan was presided by Sh. Radhye Shyam Sharma (Vapi). The chief guest was Sh. Lal Chand Jangid (Manda). Special guests were Sh. Jagdish Prasad (Dhodsar), Sh. C.M. Jangid (M/s Murliwala Exports, Kaladera), Sh. Ram Kishor Jangid (Kotadi), Sh. Ram Jangid (Kotadi), Sh. Prahlad Sahai and Sh. Madan Lal Panwar (Chomu), Sh. Sammelan Samiti President Sh. Tara Chand Bhadaria has borned personally the expenditure on meal in this sammelan. There were approx. 20000 samaj candidates in sammelan.

N.S.S. programme officer of M.B.C. Govt. Women College Dr. Hukma Ram Suthar was honoured with 'National Indira Gandhi' award at Delhi on 20 Nov 2011. He was honoured by Sh. Ajay Makan (Sports Minister, Govt. of India) and Sh. S. Ramadurai (Consultant, PMO) at Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi. He has received Certificate, Silver Medal and Rs. 90,000 cash.
