Lt Col Ratan Jangid nominated for Dr. Rangey Raghav Award.
Lt Col Ratan Jangid has been nominated for Dr. Rangey Raghav Award for his literature "Yuddh Bandi". The award & cash Rs. 15000/- will be given to him in academy ceremony in Rajasthan. This is the first time when the award is given to samaj candidate. We wish him all the best.

Election of Jangid Welfare Society (Regd.) Delhi
General meeting of Jangid Welfare Society (Regd.) Delhi was held on 4-11-2007 at Jangid Brahmin Satsang Bhawan & Vishwakarma Mandir, Block C-1, Main Wazirabad Road, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi in presidentship of Sh. Brahmanand Sharma (Pradhan society). Sh. Ishwar Chand Sharma (Gen. Secratary) produced the annual report of society. On the same day election of society was declared. Sh. Guru Dutt Sharma was appointed Election Officer along with Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma (Assistant Election Officer) for this election.

Annakoot programme at Vishwakarma Mandir Pahadganj, New Delhi.
As usually Vishwakarma Mandir Pahadganj samiti , New Delhi is going to oraganise a Annakoot programme on 10 Nov. 2007 at temple campus. In the function cultural and social programme will also be held since 9 AM to 5 PM. Special arragement will be done for bhandara & Prasadi (Lunger).

Shri Vishwakarma Pooja was held at Shri Vishwakarma Mandir, Adarsh Colony, Faridabad (Hariyana). Sh. Jagroop Panchal (Industrialist & Pradhan of Local Hariyana Panchal Brahmin Mahasabha & Vishwakarma Vikas Manch, Faridabad) was the chief guest of function. Sh. R.K. Keshwania (Dy. Commissioner Excise & Taxation, Karnal) was the president of function.

Shri Vishwakarma Pooja was held at Shri Vishwakarma Mandir, Ambala Cant. The chief guest of function was Sh. Devendra Bansal (MLA, Ambala Cant).
Rajpura (Punjab)
Shri Vishwakarma Pooja was held at Shri Vishwakarma Mandir, Rajpura (Punjab). The president of function was Sh. Shiv Dayal Saharan (Pradhan -Mandir). The flag hoisting was done by Sh. Jasbeer Singh.

Shri Vishwakarma Pooja was held at Shri Vishwakarma Mandir, Rajpura road, Patiala (Punjab). The president of function was Sh. Hansraj Dhiman (Pradhan & Founder of the temple). The flag was hoisted by Sh.Preet Pal Dhiman.
Khanna Mandi (Punjab)
Shri Vishwakarma Pooja was held at Shri Vishwakarma Mandir, Khanna Mandi (Punjab). The flag hoisting was done by Sh. Harnek Singh Saund. Eight sewing machine were distributed by mandir committee.

Fifth Annual function of Shri Vishwakarma Jangid Sansthan, Nawalgarh (Jhunjhunu-Raj.)
Fifth annual function of Shri Vishwakarma Jangid Sansthan, Nawalgarh was held at Vishwakarma Dham (Under construction), Bery Village (Sikar) Raj. In the function foundation stone laying of shri vishwakarma temple, honour of social workers and talented students was done. Dr. Daya Shankar Jangid presented the details of Sansthan.
President of function is saint Sh.Dula Ram Kulriya (Nokha Bikaner).
The chief guest of programme was Sh. R.N. Arvind (Retd. IAS).
Chief orator: Sh. Devi Dutt (Retd. Dy.S.P.) Dausa.
Special guest: Dr. V.P. Jangid (Reknown Doctor of Sikar).
The honour of guests Sh. (Dr.) K.C. Sharma (Former Vice Chancellor Ajmer Univ.), Dr.Lal Chand Suthar (Surgeon) Ratangarh, Pt. Hari Kesh Dutt Shastri was done. Saint Sh. Dula Ram also inaugurated the book " Chalna Aapka Kaam Hai" written by Swami Brahmanand Saraswati. The programme was smmothly conducted by Sh. Bhanwar Lal Jangid (JEN Electricity) Basawa.

Shri Jangid Brahmin Samaj Panchayat, Topkhana, Indore (MP) oragnised 26th Annakoot Mahotsav at Milan Garden, South Tukoganj, Indore on 18 Nov 2007. On the day, there was Yuvak Yuvati Parichay Sammelan, Honour of Sr. Women.
President of programme was Sh. Heera Lal Sharma (Pradesh President, MP)
Chief guest of programme was Sh. Brij Kishor Sharma, Mumbai (Ex-Pradhan Mahasabha Delhi).
