Maharana Sajjan Singh Award: Sh. Vinod Jangid
On 5 March 2006, Sh. Vinod Jangid was honoured with Maharaja Sajjan Singh Award in Maharana Mewad Foundation Award Function at City Palace Campus, Udaipur, Raj. Total 118 candidates were honoured in various streams.

Election of Jangid Brahmin Samaj Samiti, Bharatpur (Raj.) was completed on 26 March 2006 in Bharatpur in the presence of Election invigilator Sh. Heera Lal Jangid (Jila President ,Bharatpur). The results were as following:-

24-3-2006: Inaugration of Jangid Dharmshala, Bhakhrana, Kotputli (Jaipur), Raj. 
On 24-3-2006, Inaugration of Jangid Dharmshala, Bhakhrana was done by regional MLA Sh. Subhash Sharma at 10.00 AM in presence of a lot of gathering of samaj candidates and others. This dharmshala was constructed by Sh. Madan Lal, Sh. Duli Chand, Sh. Babu Lal, Sh. Rajendra Jangid in the memory of thier father late Sh.Jhuntha Ram Jangid. They constructed on 750 Sq. yard land by 6 lacs Rs.
There were present Sh. Devendra Sharma (SDM, Kotputli), Sh. Pooran Chand Sharma (President, Vishwakarma Education Trust, Delhi), Dr. Shiv Ram Sharma(Vice President, Jangid Brahmin Sabha Prant), Sh. Dayawant Jangid(Pradhan, Vishwakarma Mandir, Behror).

According to Sh. Man Mohan Dhamu (Managing Trustee) of Shri Vishwakarma Viklang Sahayata Trust is going to organise a camp "Viklang Sahayata Camp" with association of Mehandipur Balaji Trust from 26-28 March 2006. There will be free distribution of " Jaipur Foot" to handicapped. The Meal and boarding facilities will be provided free of cost by the trust.
