He was born on 20th of August,1941 at the village Dhowra in Tehsil Hindoli, District Bundi in the State of Rajasthan, India. Educated in the native village, nearby village named Bara Nayagaon Bundi and Kota. Entered the service of the
State on 24th of October, 1958. Resigned, joined Railways and left.
Thereafter again joined the State Government on 23rd of April, 1963
and continued until 31st of August, 1999 when attained the superannuation age of 58 years and retired.
Stood FIRST in the final year examination of the Diploma Course in the Secretarial and Business Training held
by the University of Rajasthan in the year 1966 with 66% of marks. The only
candidate securing this position during the tenure of the course in the
University right from the year 1960 to 1969.
Awarded with the Merit Certificate on January 26th ,1997 by H.E. the Governor of Rajasthan on the
auspicious occasion of the Republic Day Celebrations for excellence performance
in the State Service Officer's capacity.
The last position held on regular basis was the post of Deputy Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan in the
Department of Personnel (A-II) dealing with Service Rules, Government
Secretariat, Jaipur (India).
After retirement as aforesaid, presently holding the post of Inquiry Officer and Rules Consultant in:-
i. RTDC, RSHC, RFC, RIICO, RSWC, JAIPUR DISCOM and
ii. Rules Consultant in (1) Agriculture, Animal Husbandry (2) Food, Civil Supplies and
Consumer Affairs Departments of the Government of Rajasthan on case to case
basis.
