The roller type section straightening machine is most suitable for straightening of any rolled , drawn or extruded ferrous and non ferrous section in cold condition. This machine is engineered to give trouble free long life service. The body and base are fabricated from mild abd steel plants duly stress releived and machined as per design.

All the straightening rolls are mounted on cantilever type spindle. This arrangement is most suitable where quick change of rolls are required. The gang of bottom rolls are driven by a distribution gear train. The direction of bottom rolls are clockwise/ anticlockwise depending upon direcion of material. These are having up down and axial adjustmentfrom front by hand wheels or optional motorised system.

All spindle are supported by heavy taper roller bearing to bear radial and axial load encountered in straightening. According to size of sections regular six models of machine are offered to suit requirements. These machines are used in hot rolling mills, transmission line tower manufacturers, general fabricators and cold drawn hexagon, square and profile bars and hot extruded sections.
