Sri Sugan Vishwakarma Charitable Trust, Jaipur (SVC)

The SVC was established on 12-3-1994 at Shri Sugan Lal Sharma S/o Shri Jethu Ram at residence  B- 513, Sudama Kuti Marg, Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur-302015, Raj.

  • Main aims of SVC:
    This is a Public welfare and family trust and aims of this trustare as followings:
    1. To work freely and with the help of Govt. departments, in the field of social, financial , educational, cultural, medical and women & child development.
    2. To develop the capacity of working persons related to various institutes, Govt. and semi Govt. institutes by training.
    3. To establish the educational / training institutes by allotting the land for serving the main aims and administration and maintain these.
    4. To get the donation from Govt., Semi Govt. institutes/ departments, & national and international financial institutes and use of the amount received for fulfill of aims of SVC.
    5. To try in solving the social, educational and medical problems of Govt. and non Govt. persons' and establishing the counseling centres for this aim.
    6. To provide education in the field of social, political, education and medical management for the development of society or to make arrangement for providing such education.
    7. To edit, print, publish and distribution of news of activities of SVC trust in magazines / newspapers in Hindi & or English language.
    8. For disease remedies and control, establish/ takeover and conduct the medical institutes in rural and urban areas with free or with the help of state Govt.
    9. For the overall development of women and children, and for the development of management skills in workers of Govt. and non Govt. enterprises, to establish such institutes with the help of state government at proper place and conduct and manage these.
    10. To help in healthy management of projects related to women and children development.
    11. To provide leadership of society in Govt., Semi Govt., Non Govt. departments and institutes and to provide proper benefits to candidates of society from these.
    12. Try to remove the evils from the social fields independently and with the help of Govt.
    13. To provide the loans to person of society lacking in social, financial and educational fields.
    14. Also all the other works which are not described above but helpful in achieving the some fruitful purpose. But any work described above if causes financially loss to SVC and is harmful for general public that will not be executed, by agreeing that it is against the aims.
  • Management Committee and its Working:
    1. Sh. Sugan Lal Sharma, Founder of SVC is life-long Honorary Chief Executive. There will be total maximum 17 members including Chief Executive, lifelong member and nominated members in management committee.
    2. There are 5 lifelong members, Smt. Premlata (Wife), Sh. Pankaj Sharma (Son), Smt. Saroj Sharma (Daughter), Smt. Vinita Sharma (Daughter) and Smt. Bharati Sharma (Wife of Son) at present.
    3. If case of death of Chief Executive or lifelong member or resignation of lifelong member, their nominated person which belongs to their Family will only be Chief executive and lifelong member. (Here Family means son, daughter, and their children and wife of son, of Member). In absence of nominee, senior most member of family will be lifelong member.
    4. Minor, mental, and bankrupt member of family will be disqualified for the membership. If any Chief Executive or lifelong member gets the stage mentioned above then in absence of nomination, senior most member of family would take the working post of Chief Executive or lifelong member.
    5. Maximum and minimum numbers of lifelong members including the Chief Executive will be 8 and 4 respectively.
    6. The Chief Executive can nominate maximum 8 members of management committee whose working duration will be of 2 years. If members are necessary, then they can be re-nominated. Half the representation of nominated members will be of Vishwakarma Jangid Samaj and remaining half will be of government and semi government departments.
    7. The Chief Executive and lifelong members & nominated members of management committee all will be honorary. But they will be paid all remuneration, honorarium, allowances, for taking participation in meetings, and work done for fulfillment in achieving the targets of SVC.
    8. It will be compulsory to arrange for meeting of Management Committee at least once in three months and maximum once in six months. Besides of general meetings an extra meeting will be called every year on 12th of March for which intimation to each member will be provided 15 days in advance.
    9. The presence of at least three lifelong members is compulsory for forum of management committee meeting. But for the change in rules of SVC or taking important decisions, it is compulsory to present the 3/4 majority of total members.
    10. Any suggestion will deemed to be passed, if it is written and circulated amongst the members of management committee and majority cleared will be treated as per passed in the meeting.
    11. The record of all the meetings of management committee will keep secured.
    12. In the meeting of management committee, representative of member can not take participation. For the decisions the majority in the management committee will be required. But in case of equal voting both sides, the last decision will be of The Chief Executive.
    13. The Chief Executive will have the power to dismiss the any member in the following conditions:-
    * If he is punished by relevant area magistrate found accused in any case and imprisoned.
    * If he works against the aims of SVC.
    * If he works such that it contradict the reputation of SVC.
    * Once dismissed, he will not be entitled for the re membership of the management committee.
  • Rights of the Management Committee:
    1. To open the account in Bank/ Govt. enterprise in the name of SVC trust and work under rules formed.
    2. To purchase/ takeover / rent and maintain the immovable property in the name of SVC trust.
    3. To make working committee for the working process of undergoing institutes and to dismiss the any person of working committee if necessary.
    4. To fix the working and rules of undergoing institutes.
    5. To present the budget of SVC trust and related institutes and approve it.
    6. To approve the annual income and expenditure.
    7. To review the working and decisions of various institutes under the SVC trust and confirm it.
    8. The management committee will have power to make committee/ committees/ sub committee for special task in which members of management committee, working persons of institutes and outsiders can also be taken and for executing the work, special right may be given to them and if necessary some rules may be formed for this.

Next
