AIMS:
* To Provide consultancy of experts of Hastkala from our samaj or from others to newcomers in the field.
* To Co-operate in the Items produced by Jangid Samaj, in Exhibition and Haat Bazar either arranged by Govt. or Semi Govt.
* To Provide single window solutions to Jangid Persons facing difficulties in daily working.
* There ar a no. of  candidates from our samaj who have received awards at National or State Level. Honour them and highlights their working so that other members of samaj can be encouraged.
* To Open Elementary training centre for candidates of samaj, so that they could get interest in our parental works and get trained. this would lessen the unemployment.
* To execute all above works, a permanent treasure is required for financial strengthing. To Collect the donation from the members and get help from the Govt. accordingly.
* To enhance social awareness , arranging the Religious, Social , Cultural Programmes and Fairs, Goths time to time so that candidates of samaj can meet and discuss their feeling with others.
* To Provide employment to candidate of samaj.
* To help candidates who are in range of exploitation and to ensure his wages in time.
* To Provide Cooperation to candiates and try to solve their problems of daily routine.
* This samiti will provide its help to make the candidate family background more stronger.
* If any candidate makes item for export point of view, and he does not know how to sell, send or create market for that item, this samiti will help in it.
* The aim of samiti is to provide maximum help to candidte in need by direct or indirect way.
* The aim of this samiti is to highlight the education of children, encourage for education in children, distribution of awards to students,  guide and inspire for higher education.
* To give female candidates equality right for education and in service. To guide the parents for keeping same behaviour for both boy and girl and get higher education. To provide poor section candidates help in education and for encourage his hidden qualities to bring forward.
