AUDIT

The account of the society shall be audited periodically by the auditor periodically by the auditor appointed by the governing body.

FUNDS OF THE SOCIETY

The funds of the society will be kept in a scheduled / nationalised bank decided by the governing body. The accounts shall be operated by any two office bearers namely President, Secretary or Treasurer jointly.

ALTERATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

(a) The constitution, rules and regulations of the society may be altered at any time through a resolution passed by 2/3 rd majority of votes of the members of the general body in the meeting specially called for the purpose.
(b) The general body may from time to time make vary and repeal any bye / law for the regulation of the business of the society, institutions/ centres etc.

DISSOLUTION OF SOCIETY

a) The society can be dissolved by the decision of the general body meeting specialty called for the purpose. The above decision must be made by 3/4 of the majority of the members present. In case of dissolution the property & funds of the society may be given to any other society having similar aims and objectives.
b) The final decision and opinion of the Main founder Members must be taken for dissolution and disbursement of the property of the society. Without final decision of Main founder Members, the society cannot be dissolved.

MISCELLANEOUS

i). All provisions of the Society Registration Act as amended as applicable in the State of Rajasthan will be fully applicable on this Society too.
ii). Secretary will sue or be sued for and on behalf of the society. He shall be responsible for any litigation or suit arising for and on behalf of the society.
iii). Once in every year a list of the office-bearers and members of the governing body of the society shall be filed with the Registrar of societies, Jaipur as required under the Societies Registration Act.
